We are seeking a Junior AI & Operations Automation Specialist to identify automation opportunities, implement practical AI-driven solutions, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance across our internal operations and client projects. About the Role: This role combines business operations, AI implementation, and process automation . You will begin by learning and executing existing operational processes, then identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and develop practical, tested automation solutions. We are looking for someone who can translate operational challenges into reliable, working solutions, not simply perform administrative tasks or write AI prompts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Operations & Process Management Learn, understand, and execute the company's existing operational procedures across different business functions and client projects. Support daily operations, including research, data management, procurement coordination, pricing, inventory, e-commerce, customer service, and administrative activities. Assist with order processing, transaction records, financial documentation, and operational reporting. Understand end-to-end business workflows, including task dependencies, approval processes, and coordination between departments. Document existing procedures, identify operational challenges, and maintain accurate, structured business information. 2. AI Implementation & Business Process Automation Analyse existing business processes to identify repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, manual errors, and automation opportunities. Evaluate and prioritise automation opportunities based on business impact, technical feasibility, cost, and operational risk. Design and implement practical AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency. Develop, test, and refine structured AI prompts, automated workflows, and data-processing solutions for real business applications. Build and maintain automations using appropriate AI platforms, workflow automation tools, APIs, and programming technologies. Improve and automate spreadsheet-based operations, including data extraction, validation, reporting, and information management. Support secure integration between authorised business systems to reduce manual data entry and improve information consistency. Test and troubleshoot automation solutions, handle exceptions, and ensure reliability before operational deployment. Monitor implemented solutions, measure time savings and error reduction, and recommend continuous improvements. 3. Collaboration, Documentation & Quality Assurance Collaborate with operational teams, management, and technical staff to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Communicate technical concepts, proposed improvements, and project progress clearly in professional English. Prepare clear documentation covering workflows, automation logic, operating instructions, and troubleshooting procedures. Validate AI-generated outputs and automated results against reliable business data, applying human review where necessary. Follow company standards for data confidentiality, information security, access permissions, and operational quality. Take ownership of assigned tasks, report issues promptly, and contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of automation projects. 📋 Exigences de l'emploi : Required Skills & Qualifications AI Proficiency: Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent platforms to support business operations, research, data processing, and problem-solving. Prompt Engineering: Ability to design, structure, test, and refine reusable AI prompts to produce consistent, accurate, and reliable outputs. Practical Automation Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and explain at least one functional automation project, whether professional, academic, or personal. Microsoft Excel: Good command of formulas, lookups, data validation, data organisation, and reporting. Programming Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, with the ability to understand, modify, and troubleshoot simple scripts. Business Process Understanding: Ability to analyse operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business requirements into practical improvements. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and a systematic approach to troubleshooting. Communication: Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical colleagues. Operational Adaptability: Willingness to learn, execute, and understand existing business processes before proposing or implementing automation. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Claude, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate . Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. Experience automating Excel, CSV, data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes. Understanding of databases, structured data management, and basic SQL. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, inventory, or other business management systems. Experience integrating AI models into automated workflows. Understanding of workflow testing, error handling, monitoring, and technical documentation.
