Technical Documentation & Knowledge Officer (M/F)

📋 Description de l'emploi : We are looking for a technically minded and proactive person to collect, organize, and document technical knowledge related to our machines, equipment, and production processes. The role involves working closely with different teams to ensure that critical information is properly documented, accessible, and not dependent on individual employees. Main Responsibilities Collect technical information from machine manuals, manufacturers, and internal technical teams. Document machine operating procedures, setup instructions, settings, and operating parameters. Create simplified user manuals and work instructions for production operators. Maintain machine histories, technical records, and documentation updates. Gather and verify information from different departments and follow up when information is missing. Identify gaps in documentation and escalate unresolved issues or lack of cooperation to management. Ensure technical documents are clear, accurate, organized, and accessible to authorized employees. Handle confidential technical information responsibly. 📋 Exigences de l'emploi : Technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret machine manuals and technical documentation. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory). Excellent writing, organizational, and information-gathering skills. Proactive, persistent, confident, and able to communicate with different teams. Able to ask questions, challenge incomplete information professionally, and escalate issues when necessary. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Experience in technical documentation, industrial processes, or machine operation is an advantage.
