What to Expect You will work on varied and exciting projects, taking on a high degree of personal responsibility within a young and vibrant company culture. Key sectors include power plants, renewable energy, and urban infrastructure, offering opportunities for both professional and personal development. Your responsibilities Lead and independently manage projects in energy technology, electrical power distribution, and renewable energy, initially focusing on German projects. Take full ownership of projects throughout all phases, including basic and detail engineering, ITT, and construction management. Collaborate closely with clients, providing advisory support and building long-term partnerships throughout the project lifecycle. Train and mentor colleagues within the project team. Your Profile We are looking for professionals who bring: A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study. Organizational skills to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with cable routing plans and preparation of layout/arrangement plans for switchgear and distribution systems. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent. Experience in interior design or industrial plant engineering (desirable). Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 level or higher); knowledge of German is a plus.
