Your Responsibilities As the first point of contact for a well-known German market leader in the Teleshopping, Lifestyle, and E-Commerce sectors, you will be the voice of the brand: Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, payments, and returns. Provide professional support to customers via email and live chat. Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency to find the best possible solutions. Accurately document customer interactions in our modern CRM systems.
