We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team! As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, manage end-to-end shipping documentation , and manifest service ensuring smooth coordination with ports, agents, and internal teams. Providing a positive and top-quality customer experience. Job Description Manage end-to-end shipping documentation , ensuring smooth coordination with ports, agents, and internal teams. Handle customer interactions to deliver efficient and high-quality service throughout the logistics process. Prepare and ensure accuracy of all required shipping and operational documentation. Communicate effectively with international colleagues and partners across different regions. To collect shipping instructions and upload BL data to/from SAP B1. To check booking prospect and make ready all documentation before vessels arrival /departure . To Issue and send prearrival + arrival notice to customers at time. To Issue cargo manifest import/export in the system . To carry out BL corrections if required. To follow /organize inland transportation (export and import) What's on Offer Competitive annual salary.
