Partner Accountant

📋 Description de l'emploi : We're Hiring! Are you ready to make an impact? We are looking for a Partner Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be the financial heartbeat of our partner network (restaurants and stores), ensuring seamless account reconciliation, accurate invoicing, and timely payments. If you have a knack for numbers, love solving discrepancies, and excel at building strong partner relationships, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: Invoicing & Billing: Issue accurate periodic invoices based on contractual agreements. You'll review and verify rates, commission deductions, and order totals. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile daily and weekly orders processed in our system against partner accounts, ensuring absolute accuracy and quickly resolving any discrepancies. Payment Tracking & Posting: Monitor outstanding balances, promptly record payments and fund transfers, and match bank or cash receipts with recorded system balances. Partner Communication: Serve as the primary financial point of contact for our partners. You'll handle inquiries professionally and provide clear, periodic account statements detailing sales, commissions, and payouts. 📋 Exigences de l'emploi : What We're Looking For: license / masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Hands on experience with accounting ERP systems and delivery management platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,Pivot Tables, financial formulas, and reconciliation models are your bread and butter. Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple partner accounts under tight deadlines.
