We are seeking a competent hygienist to help us continue to deliver quality service to our growing company. Main responsibilities include: Responsible for collecting health data of new employees Supporting all aspects of health and safety Establishing, managing and monitoring standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements. Contributing to quality systems and promoting a clean and safe working environment by ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Handling health issues and accidents arising during work, assisting the Doctor in issuing certificates of aptitude for employees. Responsible for managing health issues and injuries Discussing and advising management during meetings and analysing the causes of accidents. Responsible for the stock of medical supplies (first aid). Contact person for the hospital, doctor or other emergency services Develop and deliver training to employees to raise awareness of hygiene, safety and security Establish an annual analysis schedule (water, copro) Complete the checklist weekly, verifying the work in the greenhouse/packaging Report the degree of compliance with quality guidelines to the Management Board and the Quality Manager Monitor the cleaning process and schedules Make sure that all workplaces (greenhouse, technical area, packing hall), machines and equipment are safe and equipped with adequate safety devices Make sure that safety equipment is provided to all employees Send your CV and join a team that values and encourages you to develop your expertise and professional skills! 📋 Exigences de l'emploi : High School Diploma or equivalent in hygiene/nursing/health and safety Proven experience as a hygienist/nurse Working knowledge of first aid in health and safety and legislation relating to work-related accidents Be accurate, organized, and detail oriented Have a strong team spirit and good communication skills Good English
