Social Media & Content Creation Specialist (Remote)

📋 Description de l'emploi : ABOUT THE ROLE KowalServices SUARL is seeking a dedicated, highly organized Female Social Media Manager / Content Creator on behalf of our partner company. You will be responsible for managing the digital presence and social media strategy for 3 distinct brands. Although operating in different markets, all 3 brands share a common objective: selling professional training courses for mental health professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Editorial Planning: Design and execute detailed content calendars tailored across all 3 brands. Social Media Management: Manage organic posts and promotional content (social media funnels) across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Visual & Media Creation: Produce creative layouts, images, and video assets for organic posts and advertising campaigns (primarily utilizing Canva). Community Engagement & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, adapt visual layouts, and actively interact with the target audience. REMOTE WORK & ACCOUNTABILITY CONDITIONS Work Mode: This position is primarily remote, allowing for daily flexibility. Activity & Time Tracking: Due to the remote nature of the role, strict tracking of all daily operations and tasks is required to ensure maximum transparency, efficiency, and accountability. Candidates must be fully comfortable using task-tracking and time-logging tools. CONTRACT TERMS & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from 1,000 TND to 1,500 TND (evaluated based on skills, experience, qualifications, and degree of autonomy). Trial Period: 1-month paid trial period to evaluate mutual fit and operational performance. Contract Details: Upon successful evaluation at the end of the trial month, you will be offered a 1-year fixed-term contract registered with CNSS, with the option for renewal. Flexible Schedule: Option for a 30-hour or 40-hour weekly contract according to operational needs. 📋 Exigences de l'emploi : REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Target Profile: Position dedicated exclusively to female candidates. Experience: At least a few years of proven experience in managing social media channels and digital content creation (entry-level profiles without prior experience will not be considered). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Meta Ads, and strong multimedia/graphic layout capabilities using Canva. Languages: High level of fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is strictly required. Work Ethic & Self-Discipline: High level of autonomy, reliability, and precision required for remote task management and activity logging. REMUNERATION Offered Salary: Ranging from 1,000 TND to 1,500 TND net/month (determined based on candidate skills, experience, and degree of autonomy).
